PRCA Winners

Waste2Wear is honoured to receive the 2023 PRCA Award for Best Recycled Product for our Recycled Polypropylene (RPP) bags and packaging. We take end of life domestic appliances such as fridges and air conditioners and strip them of the polypropylene parts to make new products. We also use discarded single use food containers. This is a messy job that no one else cares to do but we see value in this waste and believe that every piece of recycled plastic counts. Our method of production uses 71% less Co2, 88% less energy and 46% less water than making virgin polypropylene.
